Palmetto’s high humidity means dryer vents clog faster, and most homeowners don’t realize how much lint accumulates until it’s too late. Our dryer vent cleaning uses high-powered vacuums to extract every trace of lint from ducts, joints, and vents—even behind walls. We don’t just clean; we inspect for hidden damage, loose connections, or rodent nests (a common issue near Lake Lanier). A blocked dryer vent isn’t just a waste of energy—it’s a hidden fire hazard lurking in your laundry room. Our process takes just 60–90 minutes, and we’ll show you exactly what we found so you can act before small issues become costly repairs. Licensed, insured, and backed by a 30-day warranty.

Our inspections use thermal imaging to spot restricted airflow, corroded ducts, or improperly sloped vents (a common problem in homes near the Chattahoochee River area). We’ll seal gaps, replace damaged sections, and ensure your vent meets NFPA safety standards. Unlike DIY fixes, our repairs are permanent and come with a 1-year warranty. Don’t wait for a fire to realize your dryer vent needs attention—schedule a checkup before your next laundry day.

Our chimney sweeps use rotating brushes and vacuum systems to eliminate all stages of creosote—even the sticky, flammable tar that most sweeps miss. We also check for cracks, animal nests (a growing problem in older Atlanta-area homes), and proper draft flow. A clean chimney isn’t just safer; it burns cleaner and reduces creosote buildup between cleanings. We offer seasonal maintenance plans to keep your fireplace in top shape year-round, with every sweep backed by our 30-day guarantee.

Our relining service installs smooth, flexible aluminum liners that prevent future buildup and reduce fire risk. Unlike patchwork repairs, relining is a permanent solution that improves airflow and dryer performance. We use only UL-listed materials and complete the job in under 2 hours. If your vent is rusted, dented, or has loose connections, relining could save you from a costly replacement—and a potential fire hazard.
Request this service →Faulty dryer vents or blocked chimneys can leak carbon monoxide (CO) into your home—an invisible killer that Palmetto homeowners rarely test for. We use portable CO detectors to scan your system during every service call. If levels are unsafe, we’ll pinpoint the source and fix it immediately. CO poisoning from dryers is rare but deadly, and most homeowners don’t realize their system is leaking until it’s too late. Our testing is quick, non-invasive, and included with every inspection. Peace of mind shouldn’t cost extra—especially in a city where older homes have outdated venting.

Our emergency team responds within 4 hours to assess and mitigate hazards, even outside regular hours. We’ll locate the blockage, remove obstructions, and perform a full inspection to prevent recurrence. Many Palmetto homeowners wait too long to act, thinking ‘it’ll be fine’—until it’s not. Don’t gamble with your home’s safety. Call us first, and we’ll handle the rest with urgency and expertise.
